Answer:

Initial velocity = 0m/s

Final velocity= 5m/s

Time= 30s

Distance travelled=S=?

Know

vf=vi+at

a=vf-vi/t

a=5-0/30

a=0.16 m/s^2

know

S = Vit + 1/2at2

S=0*30+1/2(0.16)(30)^2

S=0+1/2(0.16)(900)

S=0+1/2 (144)

S=0+72

S=72m

so distance travelled is 72 meters.

Explanation:

this problem is solved by 1st and 2nd equation of motion.

which are given as

FIRST EQUATION OF MOTION

Vf = Vi + at

SECOND EQUATION OF MOTION

S = Vit+ 1/2 a t^2
