$2(x + 2) + 5(x + 5) = 4(x - 8) + 2(x - 2)$

$2x + 4 + 5x + 25 = 4x - 32 + 2x - 4 \\ 7x + 29 = 6x - 36 \\ 7x - 6x = - 36 - 29 \\ x = - 65$

2x+4+5x+25 =4x-32+2x-4

2x+5x+4+25 =4x+2x-32-4

7x+29 =6x-36

7x-6x =-36-29

x = -65
