• Completing the square method.

It is quadratic equation:-

$2 {x}^{2} - 3x + 1 = 0 \\ \\ 2 {x}^{2} - 2x - x + 1 = 0\\ \\ 2x(x - 1) - 1(x - 1) = 0 \\ \\ 2x - 1 = 0 \: and \: x - 1 = 0 \\ \\ x = 1 \: and \: x = \frac{1}{2}$
