Solution:
Energy = Power x Time
=> Power = Energy / Time
Energy = (1/2)mv²
m = 1000 kg
v = 4 m/s
Energy = (1/2)1000 * 4² = 8000 J
Time = 16 s
Power = 8000/16 J/s
= 500 W
