So the length of the chord is =

10 \sqrt{2}  \: cm

The area of the minor segment,

\pi \:  {r}^{2}  \times  \frac{90}{360} \\  =  \frac{1}{4}  \times  \frac{22}{7} \times 100 \\  =  78.57 \:  {cm}^{2}

And area of major segments of the circle.

\pi \:  {r}^{2}  \times  \frac{270}{360} \\  =  \frac{3}{4}  \times  \frac{22}{7} \times 100 \\  =   235.714 \:  \:  {cm}^{2}
