Total possible outcoms -30

Prime numbers between 1 and 30 are 2,3,5,6,11,13,17,19,23 and 29.

Total favourable outcomes 10

P(E) =Total no. of favourable outcomes/Total no. of possible outcomes

i.e., 10/30=1/3

Hence,

option (c)1/3 is the answer
