  • According to Aufbau Principle filling of electrons in subshells take place in increasing order of energy that is lowest energy subshell filled before filling higher
  • As in p-subshell energy of all orbital ( px, Py, and pz) is equal.
  • Hence electron has equal chance to be located in any one of the p orbital.
