Concept: We know, metallic character in group increases when we move up to down. It means , Non-metallic character in a group decreases from the top to bottom but it increases in a period when we move from left to right.This is because ionisation energy increases in a period and decreases in a group

Here, B, C , N, F , Si are given.

after understanding concept you can easily get order of Non-metallic character.

F has highest ionisation energy also it is last in period { before Nobel gas } hence, it has more Non-metallic character.

Hence, order after seeing position and ionisation properties of elements in periodic table is F > N > C > B > Si

Hence, Option (C) is correct.
