• Mass is constant and its value doesn't change wherever we take the body but at the same time weight differs as it is dependent on the gravitational Acceleration which varies from place to place $\sf .$

• Weight is the force that a body apply on earth. Mass is equal to the inertia of a body (earlier it was considered to be the amount of matter that a body contain).

• Mass is a scalar quantity wheras weigh is a vector quantity.
