❒⇛Sea water contains a lot of salt, and that is used by sea animals and plants. Hence, the sea good is rich in mineral Idoine due to salt content. Iodine is essential for thyroid gland function.

2) Lack of nutrients leads to Deficiency diseases.

❒⇛When our body lacks certain nutrients in definite amount, we are likely to suffer from deficiency diseases, they are not communicable in nature. Moreover, our body need to fulfill it's nutrient needs, if not then it may catabolise it's own fats and proteins.

3) A diet that contains the proper amount of each nutrient is called Balanced diet.

❒⇛Our body needs all the nutrients in right proportion in order to provide necessary energy and keep the body in active and fit state. Along with that, Exercise and Yoga is needed to lead a fit and fine life.

4) Anaemia is caused by deficiency of Iron.

❒⇛Iron is very important for our blood haemoglobin, as it have Iron as its component. Since, Iron lacks in our body, Our body won't be able to make sufficient blood in our body. This will cause weakness and fatigue in our body.

5) Rickets is caused by deficiency of Vitamin D.

❒⇛Vitamin D is very necessary for the formation of bones and muscles. Egg yolk, Milk and Sunlight are the richest source of Vit.D. Rickets causes deformation of ribcage, skull and will form a bony structure.
