I would request an edit in the question from your side because I think some mistake in options of question is there.
Although when we try to think on this, the second statement is surely true because Kisa Gotami did lost consciousness on death of her son, so option (b) and (c) can be omitted.
And if we try to look on the third statement, the third statement is also true that yes Kisa Gotami was not able to find a suitable house to get mustard seeds for her son. Then, third statement is also true, then, option (a) and (d) should be omitted.
