Answer:

a) The "it" refers to his feelings of sadness and he is therefore saying that he does not know the origin of his feelings (his sadness).

b) It literally translates to as, feeling sadness, without understanding the reason or logic behind feeling that sadness

c) It was told by Antonio as per the play. Antonio was very sad and tired of something. He was confused and not happy with what is happening in his life. Hence, he said that line which means I have more difficulty in understanding myself.
