STEPS OF CONSTRUCTION -

1. Here Vertex X as centre, draw an arc of any radius so as to intersect rays XA and XB, say at E and D, respectively.

2. With D and E as centres and radius more than half of DE, draw arcs so as to intersect each other, at F (say).

3. Draw the ray XF.

Hence, ray XF is the required bisector of angle BXA.

BY MEASUREMENT :

Each

angle BXC = angle AXC = 55°

[ angle BXC = angle AXC = 1/2 of angle BXA = 1/2 × 110° = 55° ]
