a)Zinc reacts with dilute HCl to give a metallic zinc chloride with the evolution of hydrogen.

b)When copper reacts with AgNO3, Cu displaces Ag from AgNO3, forming Cu(NO3)2. It's a displacement reaction as well as redox reaction. Oxidation number of Cu changes from 0 to 2 so it's oxidized.

c)When a rod dipped in Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) is brought to the mouth of a bottle containing liquid Ammonia (NH3), dense white fumes are observed. Over time, the white fumes condense to form a solid white mass. This mass is ammonium chloride (NH4Cl). It is formed due to the reaction between HCl and NH3.
