✣ x² - 7x + 10

⇒x² - (5 + 2)x + 10

⇒x² - 5x - 2x + 10

⇒x(x - 5) - 2(x - 5)

⇒(x - 5) (x - 2)

Factors of this polynomial are (x - 5) (x - 2).

Then ,Zeros will be

⇒x - 5 = 0

⇒x = 5

⇒x - 2 = 0

⇒x = 2

So zeros of this polynomial are 5 and 2.

♱ Sum \:of\: Zero's= α + β =  \frac{coefficient \: of \: x}{coefficient\:of \: x² }

⇒Sum \:of\: Zero's= 5 + 2 = 7/1=  \frac{coefficient \: of \: x}{coefficient\:of \: x² }

Sum of zeros = 7/1.
