We have t=100 s
And delta t=1 s
And d=5.2m
, delta d=0.1m
Now speed = distance /time
By the method of ➗ dividation error
Then
S/deltaS= delta d/d + delta t /t
=0.1/5.2+1/100
=1/52+1/100
Then percentage error of speed
delta s/s%= 1/52×100+1/100×100
=100/52+1
= 1.923+1
2.923% . That's the percentage error in speed.
