Given :-

The Perimeter of Rectangle = 200 cm.

Its length is = 3 times.

To find :-

The Length & Breadth of Rectangle.

The Perimeter of Rectangle is 200 cm.

Let,

Lenght be 3x

Breadth be x

Here,

Perimeter = 200 cm

Lenght = 3x

Breadth= x

Then,

Perimeter = 2 ( L + B )

200 = 2 ( L + B )

200 = 2 ( 3x + x )

200 = ( 6x + 2x )

200 = 8x

x =  \frac{200}{8}

x = 25

Now,

We know that the Breadth is 25 cm &

We have to find now Length :-

Therefore,

Length = 3x = 3 × 25 = 75 cm

Breadth = 25 cm.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

➜Let the breadth be x

➜2(3x+x)=200

➜4x × 2= 200

➜8x=200

➜x=200/8

➜x=25

Hence breadth is 25cm

Length is 25×3=75
