Given :

The surface area of a cube is 294 m²

To find :

Volume of Cube

Solution :

As in the question it is given that The surface area of a cube is 294 m². So, Firstly by using the formula of surface area of cube that is 6a² where a is the side of the cube. we will find the side of the cube. After Getting the side of the cube we will find the Volume of cube by usingthe formula (Side)³

Surface area = 6a²

⟹ 294 = 6 × (a)²

⟹ (a)² = 294/6

⟹ (a)² = 49

⟹ a = 7cm

Side of cube = 7cm

Volume of cube = (Side)³

⟹ 7 × 7 × 7

⟹ 343cm³

∴ Volume of cube is 343cm³
