Women hadn't the equal right of vote till 1920, and then with the help of suffrage movements, they were able to get the right in 1920.

over the world many people are denied equal right to vote. there are many instances that proves this statement
a) SAUDI ARABIA
                             in Saudi Arabia women are not allowed to vote
b)ESTONIA
                   in Estonia citizenship rules are made in such a way that people belonging to the Russian minority finds it difficult to get the right to vote
