ii. Wind, come softly
Don't break the shutters of the windows.
Don't throw down the books on the shelf
There, look what you did you threw them all down.
You tore the pages of the books.
You brought rain again
You are very clever at poking fun at weaklings.

Answer:

These lines are taken from the poem Wind by Subramania Bharti.

These lines show that the poet is furious with the wind and he asks the wind to come softly and not bring destruction with it. He asks the wind not to break the shutters and glasses of the window and expects the wind not to throw down books and pages and scatter everything here and there. Next, the poet personifies the wind and points out at it and shows that it had torn all the pages of the books and scattered all over. But, still it was not alone, It brought heavy rain with it and poked fun at the weaklings.
