Dear Swastika,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. How are your parents? And how is your elder sister? I am truly sorry I could not attend her wedding.

I really wanted to be there with you and carry out all the fun activities during your sister's wedding, however, due to my sudden fever I could not come to the wedding. It was really a shame since I saw the pictures of how magnificent the wedding was. I hope you will forgive me.

I hope I can meet you and your family again soon since it has been a long time.
