3x - 5y - 4 = 0

3x - 5y = 0

3x - y = 0 +4

3x - 5y = 4+ 5

x - y = 9/3

after cancellation

x-y= 3

9x = 2y + 7

9x - 7 = 2y

2x/2 = y

after cancellation

x = y
