Answer 8)

(i) 15 of them are negative and 3 are positive

In this case the sign of their product will be negative, because during                                      the multiplication 7 negative signs will get cancelled with other 7 negative signs which leaves one negative sign resulting in the product to be negative.

(ii) 12 of them are negative and 6 are positive

In this case the sign of their product will be positive, because during                                      the multiplication 6 negative signs will get cancelled with other 6 negative signs which leaves 0 negative sign resulting in the product to be positive.

(iii) All are negative

In this case the sign of their product will be positive, because during                                      the multiplication 9 negative signs will get cancelled with other 9 negative signs which leaves 0 negative sign resulting in the product to be positive.
