Initial velocity,u=0 as the body starts from rest

Final velocity,v=20m/s

Time,t=10s

Acceleration=v-u/t

20-0/10=2 m/s^2

We know that,

  • v = Final velocity (20m)
  • t = Time interval (10s)
  • a = Acceleration

 \longrightarrow \tt \: at = v - u  \:  \:  \: \\  \\ \\  \longrightarrow \tt \: a = \frac{ (v - u)}{t}

  • Substituting the values we get
