Parents should be a friend of their children then only they will listen to them and understand whatever is being made told to them. Between parents and children their should a relation like friends . So that they could feel free to share their problems with them. Without any reason parents should not blame them, because this may can affect the bond between them.
And they should not leave them free forever to let them to whatever they want. Some restrictions should be there but not in excess. Their should a balance between friendly and strict behaviour. Parents should ask them about what's their plan in future , these all things. But make sure that not to leave children completely. And mostly during teenage they should not be leaved too freely to go wherever they want. At the same time they should bother about them and spend as much time as they can. Because during this stage children may can face depression, insomnia, anxiety and stress. So spending time and making them understand can help them to make a distance with these situation.
They should not not be left alone every time. This can effect their life.
