Once upon a time there was a businessman who was very sincere and genuine. He has lot of experience which helps him to identify genuine people. He has given advertisement for the post of trainee as he required for his business.
Many people came over there for the interview. Some of them brought some recommendations from renowned people. People tried to get the job with wrong ways. But there was one boy who didn't have any recommendation. The businessman selected the boy who had no recommendations. When the friend of businessman asked him why did he select that boy.The businessman replied that when I interacted with him I found that he has given all answers and simultaneously he found that the boy was so careful, kind, polite, courteous neat and tidy in his work. All these are the qualities of a good human being.
The businessman justified is action by saying that all these qualities are the real recommendations of a person. The boy had proved that he had all these qualities and that's why he had selected the boy for the said post.
