5. false, initially our constitution doesn't had any fundamental duties it was added by the honorable Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi at the time of National Emergency to inculate feeling of unity and integrity it's not a constitutional mandate but a moral responsibility for a Citizen to follow fundamental duties but enjoy fundamental rights.....
