Answer:
In my case following factors are stopping me from achieving my goals:
- I have not yet figured out my WHY which eventually takes a toll on persistence and daily discipline.( Book Recommendation: Start with Why by Simon Sineak)
- Usual lack of energy to complete my tasks. This results from lack of nutritious food as I have been living in a hostel for past eight years.
- Off-late due to various reasons I have stopped working on challenging projects due to which I am engulfed by the trap of mediocracy.
- I am far too polite and passive for my profession and I have not yet taken any active steps to change this fact.
- I am quite uncomfortable with uncertainities and taking risks.
- I am a very sensitive person which leads me to reflect on a number of aspects which are usually ignored by others and thus it takes away my time and focus.
- My judgements and notions on a thousand different things prevent me from taking desired actions.
- I have allowed myself to be distracted by some personal projects which have taken a toll on my professional goals.
