Given 2x−3y+5=0.....(1) & 7x+4y=3.........(2)

Multiply (1) with 4 and (2) with 3

we get,

(1)×4⇒8x−12y+20=0 ...... (3)

(2)×3⇒21x+12y−9=0 ....... (4)

Adding (3) and (4), we get

x= 29−11

and substitute this x in any equation and we get y= 29/41
