The sentence with no error is,

for the railroad or not.

Option (c) is the correct answer.

  • The first two sentences are grammatically incorrect.
  • When we imagine ourselves to be someone/ something else we use 'I were'. However, was is used in the first sentence.
  • In the second sentence, the word weather is used. However, to give the idea of choice we use 'whether/if'. Weather refers to the environment at a particular place and time. The spelling is incorrect.
  • So, the first two sentences are incorrect.
