There is an energy crisis because c)usable form of energy is dissipated to the surroundings in less usable forms

Energy which is required for daily works are mechanical energy, what energy, chemical energy, electrical energy etc.

The energy is converted and stored into such usable form with help of equipments and natural sources.

After usage, converted form of energy can not be used again to carry out the required function.

Thus, the energy crisis exists.

Example - electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy to rotate fan blades with the help of rotor.

Now after rotation of blade, mechanical energy can not be converted back to electrical energy.

It will be dissipated in the form of heating of rotor and fan.

This causes energy crisis.
