Mg(oh)2+h2so4 gives mgso4+h2o
now mgso4 is water soluble so no ppt is formed
however when it solution is treated with universal indicator it show colour according to ph
ph=5.5to6.5 of mgso4
it is not perfect red so correct answer is c.green but it is light
for ph and other properties like comman ne and cgemical name density of mgso4 see photo attached
