Illereterate and unhealthy are liability for the country . Explain.

1) the people who are illiterate are not skilled and capable to do the jobs. they will always remain unemployed for them the government have to spend many resources. so they will be liability to the country.

2) the health of a person realise his potential and the ability to fight illness. if the person is unhealthy he is not capable to do the job for them also the government have to spend many resources. so they will be also liability to the country.
