In Vicious Cycle of illetracy,the illiterate parents believe that they don’t have enough money for education of their child.Whereas in vicious cycle under literacy,the literate parents believe in giving their first preference to their child education.

Ok so here's your answer.                             Illiteracy is a curse and it leads to further decline of a person's personality because if the person is literate he or she knows what is right for him or her and what is the right thing to do while on the other hand if we see a illiterate person he does not have sense of doing something in the way it should be and people don't respect illiterate people as seen generally. Also the illiterate parents don't give the first priority to their child's education so illiteracy leads to vicious cycle and literate parents give their first priority to their child's education as a result literacy leads to virtuous cycle.
