Accident is something which happens unconsciously without any deliberate effort but risky behaviour is something which needs deliberate effort from your end.

In an accident you are not aware of the end results but in risky behaviour you are aware of the end results but do not care about it.

When your hand slips off the steering or your feet slips off the breaks, it's an accident but when you are talking on phone while driving, it is called as risky behaviour.
