1. top level management :- it consists of all experienced and seniors for ex. CEO, CFO, general manager
-> they are responsible for welfare and survival of an organization
-> they frame plans and polices for an organization
-> they also scan business environment to know upcoming trends and threats
2. middle level management :-> it consists of departmental heads such as production manager, marketing manager, purchase manager, sales manager
-> the plans and polices framed by top level management is implemented by middle level management
-> they are responsible to fulfill the necessary requirement of personnel
-> they are responsible for cooperation between departments
3. opreatinal level management :-> it consists of superintendent, Foreman,
