Illustrate Uncle Podgers method of doing work. What was funny or ridiculous about it?

Uncle Podger was a very ugly man. Once, he had given the duty of hanging the picture on the wall. For just hanging the picture, he creates so much mess in the work. He was just sitting and ordered everyone to do the work. In one case, he sat on his coat and created so much mess in finding the coat. Finally, he get to know that he was sitting on the coat. At last, he finished the picture hanging work in the evening. This shows that Uncle Podger's method of doing the work is so messy.
