Im in a bad situation.

My friend is in deep stress, he faces the Std10 and has to bear the taunts and chores of his family members to work hard in his studies.
As he is already a scholar who scores more than 95% in every exams.
Due to extra pressure he has gone down to 65%.
Plz tell me how to explain his parents about his condition.
