Problem in the conversation is that the farmers are more likely to grow rice but peasents want to grow Indigo on the land of farmers and Indigo has long roots which take all the minerals from the soil and land cannot be used for cultivation as fertility of land decreases by growing Indigo and rice needs more fertile land to grow .
