imagine a situation where to due to extreme demand of water in summers there is sudden cut down of water supply hours in locality.

As we know that we can live without food for three days but we cannot live without water even for three hours!!! So, without water it would be a very difficult situation for all and as it is summer season, it would be more difficult to live without water.
