In recent events, the town of Palghar is mourning the lives it has just lost. In a heart clenching earthquake, this town ended up losing about 27 lives to a devastating earthquake. Citizens have reported that aftershocks still continue to frighten those who saw it all go down in the northern side of the town. Two buildings fell destroying the commercial hub for local citizens in town.
A girl was found under the debris but luckily was saved thanks to the efforts of the brave helpers. Many citizens helped to get her out form under the debris, risking their own lives.
