If millions of people get affected by a certain situation like natural calamity or civil and political unrest, the people should be sent to the various other parts of the country.

They must be provided with the basic amenities like food, shelter, safety etc. by the Government.

Proper compensation has to be given so that they can get back to their native land after sometime and normalcy gets restored gradually.

If proper measures are taken for the rehabilitation of the refugees then they can get back to their native place and restart their life all over again.
