Option 1 - Offer from your dream company with less salary package.
Option 2- Offer from a company with a great salary package, but
company has no brand name.

Well, the question is why is option 1 my dream company. Is it because I love doing that work? Or is it because I wanted to prove something to others? Or maybe just a dream?
If whatever that makes it a dream company more important than money, so option 1. If you are desperate for money, then option 2.
For me, it depends upon the situation, if I am having a good bank balance I will definitely choose option 1.
