I think that if there will be no land then there is no possibility of life and no one will be able to live everyone will sink down and die.
And if that happen that some people left then there will be no boundary because Man will see everything for food not for the boundaries and at that situation only a little bit people will help others and no one will help others because there will be a raised to life at that situation.
