In my opinion, all the four are necessary....

A meteorologist can predict major events ( related to the atmosphere) and give warnings to the cities under attack.

A physical geographer can map the areas required for human settlement and plot the areas without affecting the animal habitats, thus decreasing the chances of animal extinction.

An urban planner can help develop the cities without depleting the natural resources and make it futuristic.

A cartographer can study the existing maps and work together with the geographer to plot the new maps.
