Today it rained so heavy that my school had given us a holiday. I was so happy to have time to spend with my family but,my parents had to attend a meeting in their office so,I and my sister were left no choice but to pass the time alone.

Dear Diary,
Today when we woke up we saw that it was raining very heavily. Although I and my sister got ready to go to school we have to cancel because we have missed the bus. But my parents had to go to their office as they had to attend some meeting. We were left alone at our home. We watched an animated movie and ate snacks. After eating we slept for an hour. We completed our incomplete works and waited for our parents to come back home. When they came back we told all the things we did in their absence.
