Imagine that one of your best friends is struggling with his classes. He aspires to graduate in exercise science and go on to earn a degree in occupational therapy, but he failed his first two chemistry exams. He’s feeling nervous about his performance and comes to you for advice. During your discussion, you learn that: • he gets easily frustrated while working on chemistry problems after approaching them the way he has always approached problems in his other classes • he is sleeping less than five hours a night • he works on chemistry homework every Tuesday and Thursday night, but not on other days • he always keeps his phone on vibrate to check if he gets messages while he studies • he usually studies by re-reading the chapter • he pulls all-nighters before exams

Answer:

Hi

Explanation:

So here it is

He should meditate.Doing this will help him with his frustration and he will be more patient while doing his chemistry problems and try out different methods of approaching chemistry problems to see with one suits him the best for chemistry cause nit every subject is the same and can't be approached in the same way. 7-8 hours of sleep is necessary for a person so he should have atleast 7 hours of sleep. Keeping his phone on vibrate while studying to see if he is getting any messages is a huge distraction so he should turn of all notifications while he is studying. As for studying only on Tuesdays and Thursdays night is the wrong way to study if it is your main subject, he should study chemistry everyday for minimum and hour and revise and solve extra problems during the weekends. He shouldn't re-read the chapter instead he should should read the chapter taught during college/school and prepare for the next day and complete the homework. As for pulling all nighters before exam is not advisable as staying up all night will make you worn out all day and you won't be able to focus during your exams and mugging up things will make you forget the things you already remember instead he should read everyday and make a timetable and plan his schedule and give time to all subjects but a little more to his main subject. Start preparing 3 months befor exams and make a plan on which subject and chapter has to be read on which day. These can help him with his problem and pass his exam and get his desired degree.

Hope this helps.
