Interviewer: So firstly sir, how was are you feeling after receiving your first ever international award?
Director: Well, its overwhelming ofcourse. I have created quite a few films and have worked with quite a few people. All of them have worked hard in making this a successful film. And it is because of that combined effort that I am here today.
Interviewer: Sir, let us know something about your movie which has won this award.
Director: Well, Bollywood has given me a chance to make alot of films in the market. The special thing about this movie, "3 idiots", is that it has brought me commercial success as well as appreciation on part of the critics too.
Interviewer: Well, why do you think this film won?
Director: I think that "3 idiots" is a movie which showcases a few phases of life in a totally natural way. It showcases not the life of just one person but the life that people live and the life people aspire to live. This film evokes the feelings in people that there is still hope if only they "try" to do something. They must have the courage to take the first step and rest steps are already counted and calculated.
