Imagine that you are a Munda man or woman who participated in the revolt led by Birsa Munda. You have been brought to a British Magistrate's office and you have been given a chance to air your views. How will you convince the magistrate that it was right to respond to Birsa Munda 's call

In my view I’ll convince the magistrate by saying that everyone has the rights to follow their own tradition and culture. We know you came from outside and ruling our land and country, but still we are quit and we are not even saying to leave our land and convert your religion than why your people are forcing us to change from Tribe to Christian. I’m the follower of Birsa Munda and I see him as a god. He is doing everything for our tribe community just like you are doing everything for your country. Please lets us live in peace and don’t force us to live my tribal community.
