Compering for Teacher's Day
- A very good afternoon to everyone present here. My name is Arpita Jalan and I will be the anchor for today's event. We have all gathered here to celebrate Teacher's Day to honour all the teachers who have guided and supported us during our journey.
- As we keep going through life, we face many difficulties and obstacles in our path. Just like how our parents are always there to guide, support and protect us from everything in life, similarly, at school and college, it is our teachers who take up the role of our parents to help us grow into responsible individuals.
- I would like to ask Chancellor, Mr Arun Nair, The teacher co-ordinator, Ms Shobhita Paul, and the student council president, Amit Shukla to come up on stage to light the holy lamp.
- Now we proceed with the main event where the students have prepared various cultural performances to entertain everyone. I hope you enjoy the event.
- With this, we come to an end of the program. I am sure everyone loved the performances and appreciates the efforts of the students. We would like to extend our gratitude to ou Chancellor who helped us put up the show today. We are grateful to you all for coming to attend the event. Once again, a very Happy Teachers Day to our beloved teachers. Thank you.
